Daily Practice

I invite you to continue the following practice for at least 21 days.
Morning Practice (3 minutes)
Stand before a mirror and say aloud with emotion and conviction:
“My present is beautiful. I am guided and protected by my I Am.
I am filled with love, I act from love, I think from love, and I share love with everyone and everything.
Love is my road.”
Feel every word as truth. Let it resonate through your body and energy field.
Daytime Awareness
Throughout the day, remain conscious of your thoughts, emotions, and inner state.
Observe what happens within you more than what happens around you.
Awareness is the bridge between experience and wisdom.
Evening Reflection (15–30 minutes)
Before sleep, write in your journal:
- What new or familiar things did I learn today?
- What experiences made me happy, and what could be improved?
- Which energies did I share with the world today — love, joy, care, compassion, anger, sadness, jealousy, pride…?
Write truthfully, without judgment.
Next to each emotion, note what evoked it — a situation, a person, your own thoughts, or someone else’s behavior.
This simple practice opens the door to self-awareness and helps you align with your heart’s frequency.
Our hearts are temples of Divine Light.
